Huge night for the Lady Dragons as both V & JV sweep Oskie & McLouth!

A big THANK YOU to the VF Rec Commission for the new mats that were installed on the stage and south wall this past weekend!!! They look great! Many thanks to the men that helped get the job done-Noe Garza, Kyle Heuertz, Wyatt Hofstra, and Donny Smith. What a nice improvement to our gym.

Dragon cross country ran in a very HOT meet today. Girls' team took 2nd place. Medalist included Brooklynn Schmelzle, Gracie Conner, Faith Hefty. JV medals went to Lucas Bernasek and Layne Adcock. Middle school medalists were Bentley Miller, Kalia Brown, and Kennedy Bozarth. We are so proud of everyone's efforts today on a tough day to run.

Here are some of our Elementary students exhibiting Dragon Pride!

A familiar face has joined our Dragon family this school year. TAMIE FERRELL of Valley Falls is helping with our Kindergarten and First Grade classes, where she is looking forward to helping young children learn basic learning techniques and subjects. Tamie received training at Kaw Area Tech School (now Washburn Tech) in Child Care, worked three years as the Education Manager at a 100 child Topeka Day Care Center and owned her own day care with PK teaching for 18 years. She is a native of Valley Falls, graduating from VFHS and helping her parents run Frank's Pharmacy & Soda Fountain for many years. Her favorite foods include filet mignon, baked sweet potato, & strawberry pretzel dessert. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her grandchildren, quilting & machine embroidery and attending church and bible study. Welcome Tamie!

Good Afternoon,
The middle school and high school have some open positions they are trying to fill for upcoming volleyball, football, scholar's bowl, and basketball games. If you are interested in working and want to know what is involved, please contact Stacy Cervantez @ stacy.cervantez@vfalls338.com or Wyatt Hofstra @ wyatt.hofstra@vfalls338.com. These are paid positions.
Thank You!
