JV Dragon football drops tonight’s game 30-6 at ACCHS

Tomorrow (9/6) we will travel to Effingham to play ACCHS in a JV football game. The game will begin at 6 and will be 10min quarters with running clock. Everyone will dress out, except captains. Dragons had a great start at the Jeff West invitational. 8 individual girl medalist and two boy medalist. Girls placed second as a team.

Tonight the MSFB Dragons open there season at home against the Effingham Tigers! Game start time is 6:30, come out and support our Dragons!
Last night your VFHS Lady Dragons volleyball teams met up with JCN and Oskaloosa at JCN. Both Varsity and JV split for the evening with wins against Oskie. They came up short against JCN but showed grit in battling and hanging during those matches. Nice start Lady Dragons!

Given the situation with construction beginning at the Football Stadium parking will be limited. We have secured extra parking availability at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. Please arrive early and support your Dragons as they return to 11 man competition this year.
Varsity and Junior Varsity volleyball start the season with a split at JCN with wins over Oskaloosa and losses to JCN.
Reminder to MSFB parents. Todays practice will conclude at 5:15. Please arrange to pick up your child from the north parking lot! Thank you!
Correction on tonight’s High School Volleyball games at JCN. Valley will play the 1st and 2nd games. Start time is 5pm. Sorry for the confusion.
