Tomorrow morning all Juniors will be taking the Work Keys test from ACT. We will start first thing in the morning after attendance and lunch count have been taken. Please make sure all students are here on time. Current Tech students will not be testing and are expected to attend Tech School tomorrow. If you have any questions please contact Stacy Cervantez.

As we transition into the 2023-2024 basketball season, there are some key changes coming to the game we all love.
Here's what you need to know:
🏀 No more 1-1 free throws
🏀 The bonus will always be 2 shots
🏀 Bonus begins at 5 team fouls
🏀 Team fouls will reset each quarter
🏀 The scoreboard will show a max of 5 fouls per quarter
This rule change comes from NFHS for safety reasons and is designed to enhance the flow of the game.

The High School Football game this week has been moved to Friday, October 27th, with a start time of 6pm. We will be playing Onaga.
On Saturday 10/28/2023 your Valley Falls Lady Dragon Cross country team will be running in the state meet at Wamego. We are planning a send off for the ladies Saturday morning as they head out to bring home a state title!! The schedule for the morning's send off is below:
7:15 am Team arrival at VFHS
7:25 am Team loads up for trip
7:30 am Bus Departs
Given this schedule we will have an escort out of town by the VFPD leaving from the corner of Elm and Caroline (NW corner of VFHS) at 7:30 am Saturday. Come out and support these young ladies showing your Dragon PRIDE as they head to Wamego!!!! Let's go Dragons!!!
