Trap Team participated in their State Trap Shooting event yesterday in the Wichita area. Everyone performed well after a fantastic year. Sammi Clark got 1st place junior varsity female in the state tournament. Emma Montgomery got 1st place high female in conference. Great job everyone!

Congrats to Avery Gatzemeyer, Brennen Miller, Trenton Kraxner, Dylan Cervantez and Carson Clark on being voted to the 2-1A All state baseball team. Avery was named Co-pitcher of the year for 2-1A!

Congrats to Lauren Brown, Korie Kirkwood, Renay Myers, and MaKayla Yates for being selected to the Sports in Kansas Honorable Mention All State 2-1A team.

Reminder: MS Boys Basketball Camp starts Monday, June 20, from 7:00-9:00 am in west gym. Camp runs June 20-23. Any incoming 6th, 7th, or 8th grade boy interested in playing basketball in the upcoming school year is encouraged to attend. -Coach Hale and Coach Glassel

Dragon Baseball is off to Great Bend to bring home a 2-1A state championship. Let's go Dragons! The games will be broadcast on KNZA and KAIR radio as well as streamed through http://www.mscsports.net/ beginning tomorrow evening at 5:45 pm versus West Elk.

Come out and send the Dragon baseball team off to Great Bend and a 2-1A state championship tomorrow at 9:15 am in the west gym with a short pep rally and then send off at 10 am from the west loading zone at VFHS. Let’s go Dragons!
