When waivers expire on June 30, USDA will no longer have authority to allow all schools to serve free meals to all students, The House is expected to vote on the bill today and the Senate will follow. We have been blessed to have this program!
State Bound Boys Basketball Pep Rally - G0 DRAGONS!!!

With the impending weather tonight and tomorrow, the team bus will depart from the west VFHS loading area at 4 pm today. The VFPD and VF Fire/EMS will escort the team from the school north to Broadway, East to Sycamore and South on Sycamore out of town past Petro toward Meriden. Please come out and support your Dragons as they travel to state.
At this time the pep club/band/cheer bus will leave at 2:30 pm tomorrow. Updates will be sent as the situation dictates. If you have any questions please notify Mr. Morgan or Mr. Cervantez.

Congratulations to our High School Boys Basketball team earning the opportunity to represent Valley Falls at the State Basketball Tournament later this week in Manhattan. Please watch for any updates about schedules and how this may possibly affect school being in session. We do have a community pep rally scheduled for 10 AM on Thursday morning in our west gym. This is open to all community members. Hope to see some of you there and as many as possible supporting our student athletes in Manhattan! Go DRAGONS!
I hope everyone has great plans for Spring Break! Perfect timing for everyone. Once we are back in the building, State Assessments will quickly begin. These assessments provide an opportunity for our students to shine. Results from these assessments will help our staff better meet our student needs.
