KSHSAA has received an appeal related to the "no spectator" rule for MS and HS activities. The hearing for the appeal will be tomorrow, Dec. 4, at 1:00 PM. It can be watched through live stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bV4fPEWKU9s&feature=youtu.be.

Just a quick reminder/heads up! Tomorrow's high school basketball games will be boys only starting with JV at 5 followed by Varsity. Tuesday's games against Horton will be girls only starting JV at 5 followed by Varsity. KSHSAA ruled last week that from Dec. 1 - Jan. 28 there are to be no spectators at our athletic events - this includes MS and HS games. We will be live streaming all the games through our Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcT4G2ga2GdiFOW0pEA3RQg.

We are working on our live stream. Will hopefully get it up soon. The game is being recorded. Due to some other difficulties we started late by about 15 minutes. Thanks for your patience.

Per KSHSAA Rules: Spectators will not be allowed at High School Basketball Games until January 28, 2021. Games will be live streamed.

Admission to Thursday's Valley Falls Middle School Girls Home Basketball Game will be limited. Each player will receive 2 tickets to distribute. No one will be admitted without a ticket.

Super shout out to the district staff for jumping in and covering each other to keep our district face to face. We continue to be in yellow but our staff's willingness to take on the extra work has kept us in the building. We are fighting hard but need your continue support as a community in mask wearing, social distancing, and avoiding gatherings of students. Most of our positives have come from students or adults gathering. We plan to be in the building on Monday, Nov. 16th unless something over the next few days would put us in red. A huge thank you to those working hard in the community to help us remain in our building learning. Our staff appreciates your efforts. Have a great weekend!
