The Valley Falls Rotary Club members John Hamon and Gary Coleman handed out personalized books to the 1st graders titled "I Like Me." The 5th Graders received "A Student's Dictionary."

We are wrapping up the State Assessments this month, starting MS track meets, and the staff is planning several learning activities and trips. Watch for updates from your child's teachers. MS Track Parents:
Monday (4/10)
There is a meet at Atchison High School beginning at 3:45pm. There is no school that day, so students will need to be here at 2pm to get on the bus and leave by 2:15. Athletes must ride the bus.
Tuesday (4/11)
There is a meet at JCN beginning at 2:00pm. This will only be 7th and 8th graders going. We will get out of school at 12:50pm and leave at 1:00pm.

High School Baseball will play in Leavenworth, address is 706 N. 20th Street. There will be no concessions at the baseball game.
High School Softball will play at Pleasant Ridge High School.
All games will start at 4:30pm.
Parents: This is just a reminder that all Sophomores will be taking the Math State Assessment Test on Monday and Tuesday this week. Please remind them to get plenty of rest, eat a good breakfast, and to try their best!

Dragons baseball open with a sweep of Jackson Heights. The Lady Dragons fall in two hard fought battles to JHHS in their opener. Both teams travel to Nortonville to play JCN on Thursday 3/30/2023.
