Members of The Guidance Center from Leavenworth will be coming to present on topics from stress management, substance use, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm. Each topic will cover warning signs, protective factors, how to approach your kids if you suspect them of struggling with some of these topics, and next steps. The speakers will offer resources and handouts for The Guidance Center programs and services. The target audience is Parents, Teachers, Coaches and anyone who works with children.

All VFHS students who attend with a parent or guardian will need to sign in at the presentation to receive an open lunch or open seminar pass (student's choice) from Mr. Morgan.

Mrs. Penry's Fifth Grade Class presented "The Pilgrims' Arrival: Thanksgiving at Plymouth" today. Good job students! Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and a great weekend!

Over the past two weeks, our VFMS students challenged each other in a friendly competition to support our local food pantry and they delivered in a big way! Together, they collected over 600 food items, and yesterday they proudly delivered the donations to help families in our community. We are incredibly proud of their generosity, teamwork, and dedication to making a difference.

Students in Ms. Heineken's Physical Science class had the opportunity to explore motion through parachute models on Nov. 20th in class. Great job!
