Don't forget: GRADE CARD PICK UP is tomorrow June 14th, 8 AM - 8 PM. State assessment score reports and PK-8 YEARBOOKS will be available for pickup as well.
Note: The grade school office will be closed June 20-23. Starting the week of June 26, the office will be staffed Tuesday and Wednesdays 8 AM - 12 PM. If you have any additional needs please leave a phone message or email Becky at becky.nickelson@vfalls338.com

Summer is here, summer school wrapped up last week and we are finalizing all reporting for the 2022-23 school year. Given this information we are well into the planning process for the 2023-24 school year. CLC, our after school program for K-6th grade students is still taking applications. This program provides quality after school supervision until 6 PM. If you are interested, please contact Becky Nickelson, 785-945-3221, for more information. Cost is $100 per month. Students receive a snack, homework assistance, academic related activities, and free play opportunities. Great way to wrap up the school day while mom and dad are still working.

Preschool enrollment is still open. We are so excited about our new preschool facility located on the west side of our campus. Watch for upcoming details of a "Community Open House" that will be scheduled to allow community members to check out this new addition to USD 338.
Congratulations are in order for Mrs. Ellerman as their family welcomed a granddaughter into the world this morning! Margaret Kay Bena "Maggie" arrived this morning in Newton. Welcome to the family Maggie and congrats Margo!
