Highlights from todays all-staff meeting. The Kansas Commissioner of Education, Dr. Randy Watson, challenged each of us to make the future better than the present for any student and to believe we have the power to make it so. A gym full of dedicated staff had a day full of learning, exchanging ideas and preparing classrooms.

Parents:
Fall practices will start on Monday, August 19th. In order for your student to participate, we must have a copy of their physical as well as their appendix forms. Please turn them in to either Wyatt Hofstra or Stacy Cervantez. Also just a reminder that Impact Testing will be tomorrow, Friday, August 16th from 11am-3pm in Mrs. Glassel's room. This is for 6th grade, 7th grade, 9th grade, and 11th grade students.
Thank you!

Fall Sports:
We will be meeting in the east gym at 2:30pm on Monday in order to watch the Concussion and Heat videos. Practices will begin afterwards. Contact your coach for questions.

The 6th grade band students will have a chance to meet with a representative from Manning Music on Monday, August 19th at 6pm in the Band Room. This will be a great opportunity for students to get instruments, and meet our new band teacher, Phoebe Stottlemire, as well.
