We have rescheduled our JV baseball and softball games for Friday, May 10th. Baseball will start at 4pm and softball will start at 4:30pm.
The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Auxiliary presented two awards this morning as part of the National Illustrating America Art Contest for youth K-8. We had five local entries, with Linkyn (1st grade) and Mylie (5th grade) winning gift cards for their entries that won at the local and district levels. Hoping for great results as they enter the state competition!
Baseball and Softball games have started early. Trying to get them in before the rain!!
HS Baseball/Softball Update: Games at home vs. Troy have been pushed up to a 4pm start today. If there are any changes we will keep you posted.

The Regional Baseball Bracket has been released. The Dragons who are the 2 seed, will take on Maranatha Christian Academy on Wednesday, May 8th at Maur Hill In Atchison at 4pm. Adult admission is $8, student admission is $6. Come out and support your Dragons. Go Dragons!!

Today was the VFHS all school cookout and Spring 2024 student recognition assembly. During the transition from the cookout to the assembly we took pause for an all school photo honoring Mr. Bunde and Mrs. Spade who are retiring this Spring! We will miss their wisdom and leadership at VFHS. Both have dedicated their lives to education and impacting the lives of students for three decades or more! Thank you Mr. Bunde and Mrs. Spade!
2024-25 VFHS Cheerleaders
Last night we celebrated our students in extra-curricular activities and those students who earned scholarships at the activities and scholarship banquet. Thank you to the Valley Falls community for your support of our programs and for over $42,000 in scholarship opportunities for our students! A big thank you to Mrs Cervantez and Brenda Lloyd for their hard work on the program. In addition, a big thank you goes out to Mrs. Ellerman and her students for the pulled pork! Congratulations to all of our students who were recognized and their families!
