Treasure’s Report:
- Ending balance in March: $13,678.91
- Payouts: $12,299.26
- Deposits: $6,563.80
- Current balance: $7,943.26
Discussions/Issues/Approvals:
- Approved donating $300.00 to the AR spring store.
- Approved providing gift certificates to Jr. High and Sr. High graduates.
- Approved providing bomb pops for the K-8 play day on 5/9/08.
- Discussed and approved the purchase of items for Teacher appreciation week, 5/2-5/9.
- Discussed keeping the concession sign up the same as this year.
- Received “Thank You’s” from the Bickford family, K-2 teachers and Willie Schmelzle.
A big thank you to those who volunteered their time and talents for the Spring Carnival this year. It was a big success and would not have been possible without the dedication of all. A special “Thank You” to Willie Schmelzle for organizing the classroom baskets.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS WILL BE HELD AT THE NEXT PTO MEETING ON 5/12/08. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING AN OFFICER, PLEASE ATTEND.
***The next PTO meeting will be 5/12/08 at 6 pm in the lunch room. All parents and teachers are welcome to attend.
