Treasure’s Report:
- Ending balance in November: $4580.20
- Payouts: $23,802.93
- Deposits: $31,431.84
- Current balance: $12,209.11
Discussions/Issues/Approvals:
- Approved financial support for a registration fee for the music program.
- Discussed PTO Bi-laws, former bi-laws could not be found. Approved new Bi-Laws, with some changes made.
- Voted to keep the Turkey Bingo activity for next school year.
- Approved $1500.00 dollar budget for the Spring Carnival.
- Approved providing gift certificates for the King and Queen of Courts dance.
- Received “Thank You” cards from Trista Gish and the the MS Pep Club members for the donation made to the club.
***ANYONE INTERESTED IN HELPING WITH THE SPRING CARNIVAL ON 4/19/08, IS ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE FIRST PLANNING MEETING ON 2/11/08 AT 7PM IN THE LUNCH ROOM.
***The next PTO meeting will be 2/11/08 at 6 pm in the lunch room. All parents and teachers are welcome to attend.
