Treasure’s Report:
- Ending balance in July: $9018.42
- Payouts: $200.00
- Deposits: $0.00
- Current balance: $8818.42
Discussions/Issues/Approvals:
- Approved reimbursement to Buffy Coleman for the purchase of balloons, pencils, ribbons and chairs.
- Discussed and approved financing refreshments for “Open House” events.
- Approved to provide “Dragon Store” items for a drawing during orientation.
- Heidi Pickerell will give a presentation in regards to PTO during the first day of school and MS orientation.
- Approved the purchase of a lock box for concession stand funds.
- Received “Thank You” from Morgan Ratliff in regards to the PTO Service Learning Scholarship.
***The next PTO meeting will be 9/08/08 at 6 pm in the lunch room. All parents and teachers are welcome to attend.
